Our history
Our family has been trading in the historic centre of San Gimignano since 1920.
Up to the end of the 90’s our shop sold our own produced meat and salami and for the last ten years we have decided to specialise in the sale of typical Tuscan foodstuff, selecting the best products in the area.

Wine
Our selection includes the most famous Tuscan and award winning wine (DOCG -DOC -SUPERTUSCAN), alongside local wine thanks to Marco's (Sommelier and Italian Sommelier Association Official Taster) contribution, with a great quality-price ratio.
Extra virgin olive oil
Local and regional produce of Terre di Siena PDO -Chianti Classico PDO -PGI -Laudemio.
San Gimignano Saffron PDO
Pistils selected from local growers.
Pork meat
Tuscan Prosciutto PDO, Cinta Senese Salami, Finocchiona, Salame Toscano and Wild Boar Salami.
Cheese
Pecorino Toscano with various maturation and tastes (Rosellino, Stagionato in Grotta, Cenere, Vignaiolo, Pepper and Chilli and Fossa).
Cakes and biscuits
Cantuccini biscuits, Panforte cake and other typical sweet treats from Senese tradition.
Pasta
Pici and Pappardelle with the recommended sauces.
